Brought to you by the creators of BurnCycle, Whole Body Cycling® is a training program for both new and seasoned indoor cycling instructors. Distilling over a decade of knowledge from trainings and studio ownership, the WBC® brand was in pursuit of building out a virtual training platform that would allow instructors from all over the world to level up their training methods using the expertly curated WBC® formula. From brand development to product launch, KP Creative was involved at every step of the way in bringing the WBC® vision to life.

Phase one:

Brand + Website Development.

Developing a brand identity and website for an online indoor cycling instructor training platform involved a comprehensive understanding of the fitness industry, specifically fitness instructors. It began with research and discovery to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors, which informs the brand strategy.

The next step involved building the brand identity, around our market research findings while incorporating elements of Whole Body Cycling’s parent company, BurnCycle.

A detailed content strategy followed, outlining essential elements such as course descriptions, instructor bios, testimonials, and essential product information.

The website design focuses on user-friendliness and visual appeal, incorporating the established brand identity elements. The development phase ensures the site is responsive, fast, and offers a seamless user experience.

Social Media + Campaign Launch.

Developing the social media strategy for Whole Body Cycling involved distilling the thorough research conducted in Phase One into strategic tactics to capture leads within the fitness industry. This then informed the creation of a compelling narrative and visual identity that now reflects the brand’s clean and sophisticated image. A comprehensive content strategy was developed, including engaging posts, informative videos, success stories, and testimonials, tailored to resonate with the niche audience.

Continuous monitoring and adaptation based on analytics and feedback ensure the strategy remains effective and relevant, fostering strong engagement and a loyal community.

Digital Product Buildout.

The extensive online course development process ensured a high-quality learning experience from start to finish. We began with a detailed course outline tailored to the target audience, followed by creating engaging content. We prioritized a high-end, professional production setup to capture top-notch video and audio, which was then meticulously edited to include multimedia elements. After thorough reviews and feedback, the final product is uploaded to a user-friendly Learning Management System.

Finally, we launch the course and implement marketing strategies to reach the intended audience, ensuring continuous improvement based on learner feedback.
