Social Media.
This social media strategy for @WeAreTheRecklesssOptimists focuses on building a vibrant, engaged community through consistent, high-quality content and active engagement. Key elements of the implemented strategy included:

E-Mail Marketing.
The Reckless Optimist's email marketing strategy was designed to foster continued personal development and community engagement outside of in-person events and inside the community member’s inboxes.
Through weekly newsletters, lead magnets to build the email list, sales-focused drip campaigns to promote upcoming offerings, events, and retreats, personalized, high-touch one-to-one customer service communication, and automated sequences to deliver updates for customers signed up for specific events, the Reckless Optimist e-mail strategy was built off of a all-encompassing approach to ensure that the brand voice was heard and felt from all angles.
Through strategic planning + consistent scheduling, we grew the email list by 800% in the span of 2 years.
Website Design.
In an effort to bring the brand voice to life, we created a resource-heavy website that acted as a home for all things Reckless Optimists. From important brand information to details regarding upcoming events + retreats, to a library full of workouts, reading recommendations, and Spotify playlists, we went above and beyond to create a digital home for the community to engage with the brand.
